We start to receive quite some maps which is good.
We will take a look and decide the mappacks after the mapping dealine has passed.

And now the big anouncement:

We will open the registrations for edrm inventational.
In the first phase we sended some invites to some bfriended teams and teams where we had good memories.
We gave them untill today to respond to the invite and includeing ourselves we have 6 teams who will drive allready.
We will organise this event with 16 teams only (we kinda want to test the format and the doability of organising this cup)
So this means that there are only 10 places left.
If you want to drive the tournament please send an email to the following email : superspeedy98@gmail.com with the teams carskin (we might do a small introduction video)

The Format :

We will do a group stage with 4 teams in each group (we will do a live drawing of those groups)
You will drive these matches weekly on 5 october, 12 october and 19 october on either 3 different mappacks with 3 maps or 1 mappack with 3 maps (depends on the amount of tracks we'll get)
then top 2 will go to the winner bracket semi final which will be played on saturday 25 october, the number 1 and 2 of this match will go to the grand finale.
the 3rd and 4th from each group will go to the loser bracket where the numbers 1 will face the numbers 3 of the loser bracket semi to fight for 5th place.
the 2nd place in the loser bracket semi will face the 4th position of the winner bracket final to fight for 9th position.
number 3 and 4 wont have any more matches and will be ranked based on their group stage performance comapred to the others.
the format for these semi's will be an all out 4vs4vs4vs4 on 9 different maps.
in that maps the teams wont get 1 point for winning a round but will get the ammount of points scored by every sinlge player of that team.
the team with the most points after all 9 maps (6 rounds on each map) will be crowned winner of the match.
After the event has finished we will hand out a questionsheet to all the teams to ask about what they thought about the competition to be able to improve and expand next time that we'll organise this tournament.
As for prizes:
1st place : skillvideo on the maps. + a to be decided amount of planets, a free spot for next evt and an Evt winners carskin.
2nd place : A to be decided amount of planets, a free spot for next evt and an evt 2nd place carskin.
3rd place : A to be decided amount of planets, a free spot for next evt and an evt 3rd place carskin.

whenever we get the 10th register we will immediately post about it and further registrations won't get accepted.
